Some good examples of the emerging technology using cell phone cameras as a measurement tool for print publications in this article on Print in the Mix. Currently, this type of response mechanism is still difficult for newspapers, magazines and advertisers to implement but every new generation cell phone gets it a little closer to being ready for widespread application. It could become an important way for print publications to illustrate response.
